The electric conteli system of the machine mainly consists of
PlC compreters,which are equipped with Lcd screen.it is used to
set differentslitting parameters for different slitting t\requirements
and simultaneously display the working data .This system also
enables the unwinding and rewinding to work at a constant tension
and taper tension.Furthermore,the system maydecide the increase
and secrease in accordance with different rewindinig diameter
and slitting speed,so that the film quality is greatly improved.
The machine is equipped with double frequency converter system.Thwrefore,its
performance life becomes much longer and the rewinding tension
control more accurate.
The machine may also be equipped with total tension air-expansion
shaft and sub tension air-expansion shaft.the latter settles the
problem of tension balance among multiple rewinding films on single
rewinding shaft.
