Applications:
The machine is a new generation product which adopts the combinated structure of light,machine pneumatic and electrc,lt is suitable for high precise wire rod slitting and rewinding of various papers and plastic filns.
The machine is furnished with two kinds of slitting device,the flat blade knife wnich are suitable for the slitting requirements of different materials.The unwinding shaft adopts the magnetic power trake to control the tension of the film. Rewinder features tow-shaft fype,to suit the slitting requirement of multi-wire rod,Each rewinding shaft equipped with aself-tight mechanism,which makes the material collecting cylinder be automatically fixed at any posittion along the shalt. Monting and dismounting of the unwinder and rewinder is very convenient.
The machine is equipped with the A.C electromagnetic variable speed motor which shall adjust the slitting speed steplessly as required.The machine is also furnished with a constant speed rebberpuller spool which makes the slitting speed be constant.
The machine ids equipped with a winding lenrth auto-counter which shall automatically stop the operation when the set numwrical vgalue is reached.The counter' s setting range is 0-9999m.
